    The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities including a self-filling bath. the cleaning service was excellent and the staff was polite and helpful. the location was ideal with easy access to Ishigaki port for dinner, yet in a quiet location.

    The cost was high considering the limited facilities. the pool was small, and the lack of a restaurant or spa meant we had to venture out for meals and relaxation.

    The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable, which made for a difficult night's sleep. the price was quite high for the limited facilities on offer - no restaurants, no spa, and a small pool.

    We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The two-bedroom apartment was huge, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with modern amenities. The staff was polite and provided excellent daily service.     This hotel provided luxurious exclusive amenities that satisfied my needs; the spa and wellness center were exceptional, and the massage was delightful. I also enjoyed the bar and lounge area. This venue is in an advantageous location and has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. Cons: the only minor issue was the limited selection of treatments available in the treatment room of the spa.
